Toward a Calmer, More Honest Relationship

Real Support for Everyday Situations

Individual mentoring, connection-based sessions, and practical tools help you feel more confident in your role as a mother.

When your daughter changes, your relationship needs to find a new language too

Adolescence brings not only major changes in a girl's life, but also opens a new chapter in the mother-daughter relationship. The closeness that once felt natural may change: the teenager increasingly searches for herself and her own path, while the parent also needs to relearn how to be there for her in a way that provides security, freedom, and supportive boundaries at the same time.

Distance, conflicts, or more difficult communication do not necessarily mean the loss of the relationship. Adolescence can also be an opportunity for a new, more mature relationship to develop, one in which mutual understanding, trust, and connection come to the forefront.

I created this page to provide parents and families with support during the challenges of adolescence. I would like to share perspectives and practical tools that help you better understand young people's behaviour, recognise the needs underlying their difficulties, and find opportunities that can bring you closer to one another.

At the heart of my work are connection, understanding, prevention, and genuine human attention.

As she changes, your relationship changes too

During adolescence, it is natural for a young person to become increasingly independent, search for her own voice, test her boundaries, and at times move further away from the person who previously represented her greatest sense of security.

At the same time, the maternal role also changes. You need to be close in a different way, listen differently, ask questions, set boundaries – and sometimes let go differently.

The goal is not to avoid every conflict or to bring back the relationship that worked during childhood. Rather, it is to find a new form of connection in which independence and security, freedom and a supportive background can exist side by side.

This is where I provide support, with understanding, a new perspective, and practical guidance that can be used in everyday life.

The relationship can be the strongest safety net

As a mother of three and a helping professional, I work with the true depth of relationships every day. Alongside my studies in social pedagogy, I work at a drug rehabilitation facility, where my experience with teenagers is complemented by the experiences I have gained through my own camps.

My work is also supported by my studies in family constellation and assertive communication, which shape my perspective.

I see firsthand the consequences that unspoken tensions, growing distance, and relationship breakdowns can have. But I also see that a relationship can be changed even when it already seems that the distance has become too great.

The mother-daughter relationship is at the heart of my work. I support families in understanding one another better, having the courage to talk about what is really happening between them, and building a trust that can provide strength even during the more difficult periods of adolescence.

You don't have to wait until distance becomes a chasm. The time to start building the relationship is while there is still a bridge between you.

What they say about me...

Gabi

Hi Viki! Thank you so much for adapting the program to my daughter’s and my own development. Our relationship has improved a lot, my daughter has left the bad company she was involved with, spends more time at home, and I trust her much more now.

Edit

I realized what a good decision I made when I finally started doing what was right for me and for us, regardless of what others thought. Thank you for guiding me and teaching me this!

Erika

I loved working with Viki. She helped me understand how to communicate more empathetically with my daughter, how to handle anger and difficult situations, and gave me many useful solutions for everyday life. I wholeheartedly recommend her to every mother!

Szilvi

I can’t thank you enough for being there for me and helping me. Without you, we certainly wouldn’t be where we are today. From the bottom of my heart, I hope you can help many more mothers!

Gabi

My relationship with my daughter used to be very difficult, and arguments were almost a daily occurrence. Through our work together, I have changed a lot too: I have become calmer and more patient, and I worry much less about her now.

Andi

My daughter speaks about the teen camp in superlatives and still talks about how much she enjoyed it. She loved the activities, cooking, swimming, and makeup sessions. Thank you so much for this wonderful week!
