Personal and professional background
As a mother of three children and a helping professional, I work every day with the subtle dynamics of relationships. Through my own life experiences, I am deeply familiar with the joys, weight, and uncertainties of motherhood, as well as those moments when a once-natural closeness changes, and questions, tensions, or distance take its place. In these life situations, it becomes especially important that a mother does not remain alone.
Alongside my studies in social pedagogy, I work in a drug rehabilitation institution, where I encounter deep, often life-changing stories. Here, I experience daily the consequences of long-standing relational difficulties, and also how genuine change can begin with proper attention and support. I further deepened my experience with teenagers through my own camps, where I was able to accompany them on their path toward independence and self-awareness in a safe and accepting environment.
My studies in family constellations and assertive communication help me not only to see the difficulties appearing on the surface, but also the patterns behind them, while providing practical tools that can be effectively used in everyday life. For me, professional knowledge and human presence complement each other to create true safety in our shared work.
I consider the perspective of prevention to be of great importance: drug prevention, reducing the development of addictions, raising awareness of digital overuse, and the early recognition of family dynamics. In my work, I do not offer ready-made solutions, but provide support that helps better understand situations and strengthens parental presence.
